Package: ldso
Version: 1.9.11-9
Severity: normal
Running `ldd ./viz' on the viz program from
http://www.mgix.com/gps3d/gps3d-1.15-linux-i386-bin.tar.bz2 gives me
$ ldd ./viz
BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so: dl-version.c: 210:
_dl_check_map_versions: Assertion `needed != ((void *)0)' failed!
The same error message appears when I try to run the program.
`strings viz' gives me the impression that this program needs an
installed libGL.so.1, so if you are unable to reproduce the problem on
a machine with that installed, try removing it and see whether that's
the problem. End of speculative information.
