For the severity, this is my fault. A wrong copy/paste. Let me know how to correct this error. For the merge, I requested it to have only one bug report for this problem. May be I can merge it myself? But I don't know the process. But why this still open? Another person gave the patch in June and nothing have moved still. Mktime is an important command!
