* Update padding fix for Alpha and s390x, which do not define _LP64
in GCC 3.3.

* Correct an #ifndef __KERNEL__ to #ifdef __KERNEL__ for HPPA.

* Disable use of intrinsics in byteorder.h from userspace to fix ia64
build failures.
