I am aware of that, also that your dpatch is wrong because official script is cyrillic, not latin. (see http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=38 for instance) That support for Serbian locales has been dropped from upstream CVS for months, whereas localedef can be trivially patched to accept both sr_CS and sr_YU locales (the latter for compatibility reasons with older systems).
