Hi, I will upload my belocs-locales-bin package[1] soon, This package contains modified versions of locale and localedef programs. As these programs are shipped in libc6, conflicting with these versions is somewhat inconvenient and I decided to use diversions instead. If you dislike this diversion, I may rename these modified binaries, I have no strong opinion about this.
