Package: libc6 Version: 2.1.2-2 Hi, I'm running potato and on thursday I executed an "apt-get update" followed by an "apt-get upgrade" as I normally do and everything was working fine. On friday I did the same thing and now netscape, pine and quake all segfault on startup. They were working 100% before. I figure it has to be the new libc6 package, but here is what else I installed: debhelper_2.0.48_all.deb gconv-modules_2.1.2-2_i386.deb glibc-doc_2.1.2-2_all.deb ldso_1.9.11-2.1_i386.deb less_340-4_i386.deb libc6-dev_2.1.2-2_i386.deb libc6_2.1.2-2_i386.deb librpm1_3.0-8_i386.deb menu_2.1.3-1.1_i386.deb rpm_3.0-8_i386.deb t1lib0_0.9.1-4_i386.deb
Here is what happens when I try to run pine, same thing happens for quake, netscape: [EMAIL PROTECTED] archives]# pine Segmentation fault [EMAIL PROTECTED] archives]# I do realize that potato is the unstable tree etc but I just wanted to inform you of this in hopes that a fix will become available soon. I am using Debian GNU/Linux potato, with kernel 2.2.12 and libc6 2.1.2-2 Thanks for your time, Joey.
