Bug#44619: libc6-2.1.2-4 still slow

Hi there,

I am just reporting that the problem (slow 2.1.2 library) is still
there also with the libc6-2.1.2-4.deb package, which I just installed
and tried with the same benchmarks as libc6-2.1.1-13.deb.
