The problem was indeed due to nvidia-glx. This is like #218434 is back again. 1.0.4496-6 is working well but 1.0.4496-8 (shipped with tls files) isn't. As i do not undertand what is this tls problem, i can't say if this problem is located in libc or nvidia-glx, so i keep this bug opened until clarified.
