Dear Denis, Impossible, because I would need to downgrade to the testing version of Glibc, which would break a bunch of packages in SID. IMHO, the question here is also a question of responsability. People uploading a package in SID should at least test it in SID, even if SID is considered unstable. Why not upgrade Locales with the old ro_RO and take your time to study this problem? It can take a long time and there is no such time for the thousands of people waiting.
