Package: libc6
Version: 2.3.2-4
Severity: normal

Executing and parsing the output of /lib/libc.so.6 is a portable way to
guess the version of libc6 accross Linux distributions. It used to work
fine until a recent libc update in sid. Now instead of printing version
information, here's what I get:

$ /lib/libc.so.6
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: rtld.c: 1175: dl_main: Assertion
`_rtld_local._dl_rtld_map.l_prev->l_next == _rtld_local._dl_rtld_map.l_next'
failed!
