Bug#329297: libc6: ldconfig segfaults on configure

Upon upgrading from sarge->sid, libc6 installed a version of ldconfig 
that fails with "Segmentation fault" whenever invoked. The system is a 
Beige G3 with a 2.2.20 kernel.
