This does not only apply to Sparc buildsas below but indeed *any* build.
A rough (and unverified) analysis seems to show that the pre-dependency of
libnss-dns-udeb changed from libc6-udeb to libc6.
The bug is actually the same as bug #384495, and was caused by a missing
line at the end of debian/control.in/opt.
