Looking through the build log of erlang on hurd-i386 architecture (http://buildd.debian-ports.org/fetch.php?&pkg=erlang&ver=1%3A13.b-dfsg-2&arch=hurd-i386&stamp=1241605831&file=log&as=raw) I've found that the build is failed because macros __CPU_ZERO_S, __CPU_SET_S, __CPU_ISSET_S, (which are defined in /usr/include/bits/sched.h for all other architectures) are undefined, though /usr/include/sched.h uses them.
