Hi,

Egyptian DST info is not correct. The government decided to end DST earlier
this year because of Ramadan (Ended on 20.08.09).

Attached a patch that should fix that. Could have mistakes as I never edited 
such
files before ;-)

libc6 is not the right package, this bug has been fixed in *tzdata*
version 2009l-1.
