Package: libc6
Version: 2.7-18lenny4
Severity: important
In /etc/bindresvport.blacklist as shipped with lenny each line
contains a port number followed by a tab and a #-starting comment
describing the service using the port.
It just seems to me that when a tab follows the port number the line is
ignored by libc, making the whole bindresvport.blacklist useless:
sometimes bind, yp and nfs services are happily started on, e.g., cups
or imaps ports.
I was able to work around this problem by replacing each tab with 4
spaces.
