some of my (lenny) systems are set to UTC, some to the local timezone. If they
are using UTC, I've configured this with "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata", which
AFAIK is the recommended way.
After the tzdata update today, those systems set to UTC were set back to local
timezone. AIUI this shouldnt be the case.
