Unfortunately, that didn't happen yet. Adding packages to squeeze-updates appears to work now, but an issue with this morning's dinstall means we won't be able to add tzdata in until after the 13:52UTC dinstall has finished happily, so it won't start getting pushed out until during the 19:52UTC dinstall.
