Hi, Please find below a mail from Paolo Perfetti, asking to create a new timezone for the Concordia station in Antartica. It seems there are already a few stations in the antartica file, so I guess it's possible to add a new entry.
What information would be needed for that? He is Cc:ed to this mail, so don't hesitate to ask him more details directly.
