I don't think it is something possible. multiarch-support doesn't depends on an exact version of libc6 (and it is actually the goal of this package), so there is no way to ensure the changelog is the right one. As an example on amd64, you can have multiarch-support 2.13-7 with libc6 2.3.6-2 installed. In that case using the same changelog file is clearly wrong. > The same applies to the libc6-* packages.
