Hi, is there any interest or effort to backport the fix for #630077 to stable/squeeze?
I could possibly prepare a modified (e)glibc package for stable, but this will definitively need approval by the eglibc maintainers, and TBH I'd feel much better when the final build & upload of such a modified version would also be done by the eglibc maintainers.
