Hi! I stumbled upon this in Debian where the patch was carried in 2.13 already but got later submitted upstream. The patch to change the translation for the month name of February from "Feber" (which is highly underused only by small parts of the country) to "Februar" had unfortunately a bug:
It changed the translation to "FebruAr" with a capital A as second-last character. Please change the U0041 to U0061 in the file localedata/locales/de_AT, according to this inline-patch (against version 2.16 of eglibc): #v+ --- a/localedata/locales/de_AT +++ b/localedata/locales/de_AT @@ -102,7 +102,7 @@ "<U0053><U0065><U0070>";"<U004F><U006B><U0074>";/ "<U004E><U006F><U0076>";"<U0044><U0065><U007A>" mon "<U004A><U00E4><U006E><U006E><U0065><U0072>";/ - "<U0046><U0065><U0062><U0072><U0075><U0041><U0072>";/ + "<U0046><U0065><U0062><U0072><U0075><U0061><U0072>";/ "<U004D><U00E4><U0072><U007A>";/ "<U0041><U0070><U0072><U0069><U006C>";/ "<U004D><U0061><U0069>";/ #v- Thanks in advance, the current mistake there makes it look a bit ... weird, to say the least. :) Enjoy, Rhonda -- Fühlst du dich mutlos, fass endlich Mut, los | Fühlst du dich hilflos, geh raus und hilf, los | Wir sind Helden Fühlst du dich machtlos, geh raus und mach, los | 23.55: Alles auf Anfang Fühlst du dich haltlos, such Halt und lass los | -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-glibc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
