Got bitten by this very same bug, same version, same behaviour, same workaround: removing the "rotate" option.
In my case exim4 was unable to deliver outgoing emails because of its inability to resolve the domain part of the address. I can't test the patch, but anyone with IPv6 on its dev machine should be able to trigger it easily. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
