Your kernel is old and notably lacks the following fix:

| commit 20223f0f39ea9d31ece08f04ac79f8c4e8d98246
| Author: Christoph Hellwig <[email protected]>
| Date: Fri Jun 16 11:08:24 2017 +0200
|
| fs: pass on flags in compat_writev
|
| Fixes: 793b80ef14af ("vfs: pass a flags argument to vfs_readv/vfs_writev")
| Signed-off-by: Christoph Hellwig <[email protected]>
| Cc: [email protected]
| Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <[email protected]>

This fix has been backported in various stable trees. For example, the
stable kernel from stretch does not have the bug (since 4.9.34).

As this is not a glibc bug, I am closing it.
