I just did some more testing to see if I can reproduce the issue, and this time went to actually install the upgrade, and noticed that libc6:i386 failed to unpack due to multiarch conflict on file /usr/share/lintian/overrides/libc6. I believe you encountered that issue and how your system arrived in this state. I am working on a fix on I will upload version 2.34-0experimental2 soon.
