To translate `America` to `Americas` in the English debconf translation. It passes the programs arguments to `db_go` (e.g. `reconfigure 2022g-1`) which causes `dpkg-reconfigure tzdata` to not ask any questions any more. So drop passing the programs arguments to `db_go` and silence this shellcheck complaint.
