First, create a GitLab account: https://signup.salsa.debian.org/
Then, apply to join the Go packaging team (https://go-team.pages.debian.net/) on GitLab: https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/ Lastly, create a repository using “dh-make-golang create-salsa-project”, then push to it.
