Hello, Debian Go team! I have packaged https://github.com/ajg/form for which the ITP can be found at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=820906. I have build tested and lintian tested the package. The necessary completed files in debian/ with proper explanation can be found at https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-ajg-form.
