Please consider to review and upload it.
The binary package should be name golang-gitlab-lupine-go-mimedb-dev.
It'd be better to compare with package freshly by dh-make-golang with
-type library option, so you don't miss any parts. In copyright, if the
text matches with Expat, you should use Expat instead of MIT. You can
remove the empty usr/bin directory also from the binary package.
