Hello,

I tried to send this email yesterday but the patch files must have been too
large.

I updated the golang-github-containers-toolbox (podman-toolbox) package to the
latest upstream version 0.0.99.3 and wrote a patch to port it for riscv. I am
unable to fork the latest salsa repo because of permissions, but I have the
patch files for the changes to the debian/unstable and upstream/latest
branches. The salsa maintainer will also have to update the pristine-lfs
branch. Who can I send the patch files to?

The upstream updates include new links to two other packages (bats-assert and
bats-support) within the source code in test/system/libs. They are used as
submodules in the test area, and the golang-github-containers-toolbox debian
package still builds without them. Are these packages worth bringing in to
debian?

Ileana
