Lintian tag marking issues

Dear members

Lintian has been giving me this error in my package: 
"missing-built-using-field-for-golang-package"

I have looked for information in some manuals and apparently it is due 
to the name of the package, my package is called "baby" and it should be 
called "golang-baby". I'm right?
