This is right, and the policy also says that. I'm not sure why you say
the policy is 2. Maybe you are confused by "Binary-only packages" and
"Library (or binary + library) packages"?
I would probably remove the `go.` part of the host identifier, to get rid
of the dot and make it more similar to the examples. We don't have to use
the exact hostname:
using a canonical identifier instead of the hostname.
