The issue is solved if you go ahead with removing -1-3 as you already
seemed to have planned in

Thanks for pointing that out. I would recommend to have
golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-3 forcibly removed from resolute and/or
force-push golang-github-golang-protobuf-1-5 into resolute for now.
