Let's see if migrating works automatically now, it isn't clear to me if
golang-github-lestrrat-go-jwx needs a Breaks:opkssh<0.10 too, or if the
Breaks:golang-github-openpubkey-opkssh-dev<0.10 from the opkssh source
package is sufficient.
