Yes, I can lead that with my experience and things I learnt from
updaing both golang-google-api and golang-google-cloud packages to
more recent versions.
I have submitted a talk in mini DebConf Hamburg. And also submitted a
workshop during DebConf.
Hopefully during the workshop in DebConf. We can hands on together in
the challenge to solving build-deps cyrcles in real packages as a
practice and map out a standardized workflow for Debian Go Team to
handle circular Go build-dependency in the Debian.
I would like to update the Go team pages as much as reasonable before
the discussion so that people can reference our latest thinking.

you mean by "too much"?

The merge request's overall goal is to explain why golang-*-dev
dependency cycles are not usually a problem in practice, and to
recommend leaving them alone (don't attempt to break them).
