Hi Andrew, all,

I noticed that you recently updated missing-sources to vendor some genproto
stuff [1].

This was first done in [2].

The problem is if one co-installs golang-google-genproto-dev and
golang-github-google-cel-go-dev and
tries to build, there are errors due to conflict between common files (tried
this in caddy and observed this).

Is there a real need for these files in cel-go? If not, could it be dropped?

PS: I could find some context for this at
https://lists.debian.org/debian-go/2022/11/msg00071.html but I'm unsure of the
exact
reason here.

Thanks,
Nilesh
