Hi everyone on the team!
I would like to express my interest in joining the Debian Go Team.
I have contributed to the packaging and maintenance of Debian in other
teams (Python, Rust) and would like to help maintain Go packages within
the team.
I am already familiar with Debian packaging workflows, Salsa, and
collaborative maintenance.
I have submitted my request to the team's namespace and am awaiting
approval to be added to the team.
My question is how the sponsorship request for a new package works. I
hope someone can clarify this.
