I see caddy on that list which is arch:any and can be binNMUed. It also does
not have any -dev package so I'm not sure what benefit installing go.mod
will have here.

I can see some other packages like this (aptly for instance) also. Was the
list not checked for arch:any packages or do I miss something here?
