I've sometimes seen people commit a removal from Uploaders field to
Salsa only.  I think that also make things clear, and it becomes visible
in the PTS as an unreleased change.

Maybe we do need more tooling to more automatically keep packages in
shape, if human hands are decreasing.  Every time I make some package
update, I tend to notice yet another unmaintained Go package (or
five..).
