It has no reverse dependencies in Debian. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-emicklei-go-restful-swagger12 The upstream project was archived in 2023: https://github.com/emicklei/go-restful-swagger12 This removal request is part of a larger batch to remove 100+ unused golang-*-dev packages from Debian. I believe the QA cost associated with keeping all of them is larger than the cost of (hopefully extremely rare) re-introduction of any accidentally removed package if there is ever any future need for it.
