I wonder if everyone shares the same understanding of what "Go team" means. It isn't really defined anywhere and there is no charter defining how to become a member, what levels/roles of membership exist, if membership ever expires, if it comes with some responsibilities or not etc. Debian has many teams but actually most of them are very ad-hoc and have no written definition and thus there is no clear and shared understanding what it means to have a team really. In its most basic form it means that a person has a Salsa account that is in group https://salsa.debian.org/groups/go-team/-/group_members and can push to the repositories. Seems you Daniel are not in that group and you didn't push you upload today to https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-chromedp-cdproto. Since you are a Debian Developer I am happy to add you to the group, just let me know your Salsa account name. Considering that the previous version was uploaded about two months ago, this isn't a case of something being clearly unmaintained, but indeed the maintainer hasn't replied to the update request in the past five weeks, so proceeding with the upload is warranted if it was blocking your other work.
