Dear Team, During the DebConf26 BoF session, I promised to draft a new Team Policy. After I worked on it, I realized that writing a full policy right now is nealy impossible, and we need more coordination to make it possible.
I am calling this a `Guide` rather than a `Team Policy` because the new tooling `dh-go` is still actively in development, we will likely to learn something new for edge cases might need some more adjustment.
