Balachandran now can build `golang-github-google-go-github-v60-dev`
locally. Then, use sbuild --extra-package=/path/to/debs to test
building `dh-make-golang` against it.
Thanks, the build stage is passing now. But it is failing at
"autopkgtest", with a dependency on dh-golang, which conflicts with
dh-go (I had updated the control file to use this). The pipeline is
here:
