I just dropped `Static-Built-Using: ${misc:Static-Built-Using}` from aerc (the
field
altogether) and I can see

in the `.deb`. So indeed, it seems that this field is actually optional for
dh-14+ as documented in [1].
I suppose this should never be omitted for dh-14+ as the values will always be
filled -- do you happen to think of any case with dh-14+ where this might
actually be needed?
Adding Niels as well, if you could confirm if there is an edge case where this
tag should be needed
or it could simply be ignored for compat-14+.
