The only problem is to fix all po files with wrong msgid. And the problem is only for package who use xml-i18n-tools. For me this is gnome-libs, gnome-core, gnome-applets and gnome-control-center. This is apparently the case for gnome-utils and gnome-games. If a packages doesn't compile the fix is before the configure step : cp /usr/share/aclocal/gnome/gnome-gettext.m4 macros/ gettextize Christian
