When I run pkg-config --list-all, it gives me a warning saying it cannot find oaf.pc which is needed by gconf.pc. I "dpkg -S"'d for gconf.pc and saw it was in the gconf package. I was filing a bug report for gconf requesting that gconf.pc should be in libgconf-dev (since pkg-config is used for development) when I saw glib, gdk, gthread and libxml-2.0 in the list, while I didn't installed libgtk1.2-dev nor libxml-dev. It leads to 2 points: � there is an inconsistancy in the packaging � should this be fixed by moving all the .pc files in the -dev packages or moving oaf.pc to liboaf0? Anyway, thanks for providing GTK+ 1.3 packages! Tom.
