Hi, I did compile gnomeicu from CVS some days ago, and I think I found
the same error... the solution I used was to change GTK_TEXT to
GTK_TEXT_VIEW... I think the code 'surrounding' the problem is
ok, they just seemed to have forgotten to modify the MACROS...

Yes, GnomeICU should use GtkTextView and GtkTextBuffer
