Hi I just wanted to thank you all for your help and say that now I got it working. I put "Load "xft"" in my XF86Config, and the Problem with GDK_USE_XFT was that I started GNOME manually "startx /usr/bin/gnome-session" and so my .xinitrc was read after starting GNOME. But now it works and really looks sweet :-)
