The fontconfig package wasn't installed. Doing:
<family>monospace</family>
<prefer>
<family>Courier New</family>
<prefer>
in fonts.conf didn't solve the problem.
I noticed that Monospace Italic, Bold and Bold-Italic display the right
fonts without problem.
But Monospace Regular is still buggy. It looks like it is the
"ZaleskiCaps Regular" font that is displayed instead of Courier New.
