Yes, this was discussed on debian-user. There was a security related fix in gtkhtml1.1 that I wanted to have and it depended on libgal23, so I upgraded libgal without adjusting dependencies in a couple packages. The fixes have been uploaded and will hit the mirrors after 1:00am EST tomorrow (ie tonight).
