Hello, I just received a bug report from Ryan Murray about the failure to build from source of quark on mipsel. The bus is Bug #204227, and the build failure is at :
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=quark&ver=3.1.1-1&arch=mipsel&stamp=1059940649&file=log&as=raw The problem was that i build depended on gnome-devel instead of all the individual libraries as i do now : debhelper (>> 4.0.0), libxine-dev, libatk1.0-dev, libgconf2-dev, libgnomevfs2-dev, libgtk2.0-dev, liblinc-dev, liborbit2-dev, libpango1.0-dev, xlibs-dev, zlib1g-dev. (Note, these contain not only the gnome libs). But may question is what should be the right way to do it, the easier build depend on gnome-devel, or the full list of all library -dev packages that i actually use ? Friendly, Sven Luther
